Karwar : The newly elected MLA of Karwar-Ankola Assembly Constituency Satish Krishna Sail spoke to Media after the declaration of Results at A V Baliga College of Kumta on Saturday.
“I thank all the voters who have supported me. It was their decision and I will respect”.
PM Modi visited our constituency at Ankola for campaign, but people have voted for Congress, he added.
Congress has already promised through its Guarantee Card and it will be fulfilled. The party president D K Shivakumar and CLP leader Siddaramaiah during their campaign at Kumta have assured that since Karwar is situated in border area of Karnataka and Goa state, a special package will be sanctioned for the development of this region. Through the special package many industries will come up and employment will be generated, he aded.
Satish said “I will work 24×7 for the people of Karwar-Ankola constituency”.
