Karwar : The sitting BJP MLA Roopali Santosh Naik, former Congress MLA Satish Krishna Sail and the JDS candidate Chaitra Chandrahas Kotharkar filed their nominations for the upcoming Assembly elections to be polled on May 10.
"Roopali Naik after filing the nomination on Monday spoke to media and said, voters are my gods. I am requesting my voters to vote after seeing Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s developmental projects and his projects of building ‘Ram Mandir’ and Kashi Vishwanath Dham Corridor in Varanasi.
“The former chief minister Yediyurappa ji and the present CM Basavaraj Bommai Sir, inspite of COVID and Floods have given lot of developmental projects to the Districts”.
"Satish Sail after filing the nomination on Monday spoke to media and said, In Karnataka Congress party will win with majority. I will work for my people 24x7 and try to solve all the problems of the pople of my constituency. I will also work honestly to serve the people of my constituency".
The former ZP President Ramanad Nayak, congress leaders Prabhakar Mhalsekar, Shambhu Shetty, fishermen leader Raju Tandel and all other party workers were present.
