Kallur Education Trust celebrates ‘Labour Day’

Karwar : Kallur Education Trust celebrated ‘Labour Day’ at their office premises here on Monday May 1.
The President of Kallur Education Trust Ibrahim Kallur in his introductory and welcome speech said that ‘No profession is superior or inferior’. One should love his profession and show interest in it. We should do good work so that people should appreciate. There is a great role of labours in Nation Building. On this day all should recognise the achievements made by labours.
The senior Auto Rickshaw Driver and a hard worker Mohan Wadkar has been felicitated by presenting a ‘Shawl’ and ‘Flowers and Fruits’ on the occasion on behalf of Kallur Education Trust.
The past president of Lions Club of Karwar Lion Manjunath Pawar spoke on the occasion and wished Wadkar, “May God give him strength to serve the society in future”.
Civil engineer Mahboob Sayed, Kanayya Lal, Ravi, Auto Rickshaw drivers association President Santosh, Deepak, Vidyadhar, Ullas and others were present. Kallur Education Trust staff Shweta Ulvekar proposed vote of thanks.
