Rear Admiral K M Ramakrishnan calls on Governor of Karnataka Thawar Chand Gehlot

Karwar: Rear Admiral KM Ramakrishnan, VSM Flag Officer Commanding Karnataka Naval Area (FOK) visited Naval Detachment Bengaluru and inspected various Naval units and facilities there.
The Flag Officer also called on his Excellency, Shri Thaawarchand Gehlot, the Hon’ble Governor of Karnataka at Raj Bhawan, Bengaluru on 12 May 2023. During the call, he apprised the Hon’ble Governor on the functioning of Karnataka Naval Area and various Nation Building activities currently being undertaken.
The Flag Officer also brought out Navy’s preparedness to deal with any Flood/Disaster Relief situation in forthcoming monsoons, assuring the Hon’ble Governor of Navy’s continued support to the civil administration and efforts at enhancing coastal security.
