EVM-VVPAT Machine Demo at DC’s office premises

Karwar : EVM-VVPAT Machine Demonstration is being conducted in all the talukas of Uttara Kannada district. The Deputy Commissioner Prbhuling Kavalikatti has taken special interest to create awareness of the Electronic Voting Machine (EVM) and Voter verifiable paper audit trail (VVPAT).
In Karwar the demonstration is being conducted in Taluka office and a mobile van along with the trained staff have been deployed to demonstrate the working of the Electronic Voting Machine.
It is said that Uttara Kannada is the only district where EVM demonstration is conducted so vigorously.
