Karwar : In the General Body Meeting of Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Associations of India (CREDAI), Karwar City Chapter held at Hotel Eden here on Thursday, the prominent Builder and Real Estate Developer of Karwar Santosh Borkar (M S Borkar) has been unanimously elected as the President of the Karwar City Chapter for the year 2023-25.
The meeting held under the Presidentship of the outgoing President Krishnanand Bandekar, election process of the new President and Office Bearers for the year 2023-2025 has been conducted.
Santosh Borkar – President, Raju Patil – Vice-President, Imtiyaz Bukhari – Secretary, Mansoor Momin – Treasurer, Ganesh Bhomkar – Joint Secretary, Abhijit Pawaskar – Joint Treasurer, Anandu Naik – President Nominee (2025-27).
Speaking on the occasion the newly elected President Santosh Borkar thanked the office bearers who have founded CREDAI Chapter in Karwar and requested all the members to cooperate for his “Dream Projects” and “Community Service” in Karwar. Santosh Borkar has vast experience in Urban Development, as he has served as a Municipal Councillor of CMC Karwar for several years.
While speaking to “Karwar Mirror” Santosh Borkar said “since I want to share my experience of Urban Development and Construction field to the younger generation, I accepted the post of President for the year 2023-25”.
The outgoing President Krishnanand Bandekar thanked his team for cooperating during his tenure.
