“One Man Army” Vinayak Harikantra who fights against Naval Patrolling Officials atrocities aganist fishermen

Karwar : Vinayak Harikantra a fishermen leader of Baithkol dock near Karwar who has been fighting against the atrocities on fishermen by the local “Seabird” Naval Base patrolling officials, now demanding for a open meeting with all the fishermen community on the the entire coastal belt of Uttara Kannada district from Bhatkal to Karwar.
Vinayak says, whenever there is any altercation between Naval Officials and fishermen while fishing in deep seas, Naval officials ignore them by telling that they have discussed the matter with their leaders. But, now the fishermen are demanding for a meeting with all the fishermen.
