Karwar : Maha Shivaratri has been celebrated here with great enthusiasm and gaiety on Saturday.
At Shree Mahadev Temple of Baad near here the devotees stood in queue from 3 am for Abhishek. Devotees received Darshan of Shree Mahadev till 4 pm. Thereafter, Aarati was performed.
In the late evening Palaki of Shree Mahadev was taken out side the temple for procession inside the precincts of the Temple.
