Fishermen Community demands “Justice” in Geeta Banavali’s Death Case

Karwar : The indefinite protest of Fishermen community leaders demanding “Justice” in Geeta Banavali’s death case enters 7th day today . On Friday MLA Roopali Naik addressed the protesters and assured to get justice to Geeta Banavali’s family. She also announced to donate Rs.1.00 Lakh to the girl child of deceased Geeta Banavali for her education.
The Fishermen protest headed by Raju Tandel urge District administration to intervene and order for free and fair investigation in the unnatural death of Geeta Banavali at Karwar Government Civil Hospital on 3rd September 2020.

Geeta Banavali aged 32 who died recently in the Operation Room of local local Government Civil Hospital reported to be died due to negligence of the Surgeon Dr. Shivanand Kudtalkar who conducted Family Planning operation on 3rd September 2020.
